Subscriptions
Carefolio Plus is billed by Apple. To cancel or change it, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Without a family circle, records stay on your iPhone and are deleted with the app. If you shared a circle and want its copy on our server deleted, email support@thanhlabs.com from the circle owner’s side with the circle name; we delete it, including photos, within 30 days.

Gói đăng ký
Carefolio Plus do Apple thu tiền. Để huỷ hoặc đổi gói, mở Cài đặt iOS → tên bạn → Đăng ký. Để yêu cầu hoàn tiền, dùng reportaproblem.apple.com.
Dữ liệu của bạn
Khi không dùng nhóm gia đình, hồ sơ chỉ nằm trên iPhone và bị xoá cùng app. Nếu bạn đã chia sẻ trong một nhóm và muốn xoá bản trên máy chủ, hãy gửi email tới support@thanhlabs.com kèm tên nhóm; chúng tôi xoá toàn bộ, kể cả ảnh, trong vòng 30 ngày.
