Tips for faster help
- Include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (Settings → About)
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead
- Screenshots help; blur anything private before sending
Subscriptions
Xu Plus is billed by Apple. To cancel or change it, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your book lives on your iPhone. Export it any time from Settings (CSV or backup file). Deleting the app deletes the book; device backups may keep a copy until you manage them in iOS. We keep no cloud copy.

Gói đăng ký
Xu Plus do Apple thu tiền. Để huỷ hoặc đổi gói, mở Cài đặt iOS → tên bạn → Đăng ký. Để yêu cầu hoàn tiền, dùng reportaproblem.apple.com.
Dữ liệu của bạn
Sổ của bạn nằm trên iPhone. Bạn có thể xuất bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt (CSV hoặc tệp sao lưu). Xoá app là xoá sổ; bản sao lưu của máy có thể còn giữ bản sao cho tới khi bạn xoá trong iOS. Chúng tôi không giữ bản nào trên mây.
