Privacy Policy
Your subscription list stays on your iPhone. There is no Paydar account and no cloud copy. Only what you send to the assistant or the “Describe it” box leaves the phone, and our server does not store it.
1. Who we are
Paydar is made by ThanhLabs, an independent developer. Questions about this policy or your data: support@thanhlabs.com or the Support page.
2. What stays on your iPhone
- Subscriptions: names, plans, prices, currencies, billing cycles and dates, categories, status, trial dates and notes
- Projects or accounts you group them by
- Payment method labels you type (for example “Visa ••42”); never full card numbers
- Reminder settings, preferred currency and display preferences
3. The assistant and “Describe it”
When you describe a subscription or ask the assistant something, Paydar sends to our server (run on Cloudflare) your message and recent chat, today’s date, your preferred currency and the list of your subscriptions with the details above, so the assistant can answer. New subscriptions come back as drafts; nothing is saved until you confirm.
Our server passes the request to an AI model provider (currently OpenAI; we may also use Anthropic) through its business API and sends the answer back. Under those providers' API terms, the content is not used to train their models and is kept only for a limited time (up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring. Our server does not store or log what you write; it keeps only standard request logs (time, status, IP address) and a random install identifier for a short time to stop abuse.
4. Service logos
To show a brand’s logo when the app doesn’t include it, Paydar requests the image from the Brandfetch Logo API using the service’s web address (for example netflix.com). Brandfetch receives that domain and technical data such as your IP address under its own policy; it does not receive prices or other details.
5. Permissions
- Microphone and speech recognition: only while you hold the microphone button. Speech is turned into text by Apple’s speech recognition (on the device where supported, otherwise by Apple’s servers under Apple’s privacy policy). We never receive the audio.
- Notifications: reminders are scheduled on the phone and never go through our server. You can turn them off in iOS Settings.
6. Backups
A backup you copy goes to the iOS clipboard and then wherever you paste it. We don’t receive it.
7. No ads, no tracking
No advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no data brokers. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
8. Keeping and deleting data
Data on your phone stays until you delete it in the app or delete the app (device backups may keep a copy). Our server keeps no content; request logs are kept for up to 30 days.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023), you may ask to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold, or object to its processing. Email support@thanhlabs.com; we answer within 30 days. Most data lives only on your device, where you can view, export and delete it yourself.
10. Children
Paydar is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes
We will update this page when the app changes how it handles data and change the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will also be shown in the app.

Danh sách đăng ký của bạn nằm trên iPhone. Paydar không có tài khoản và không có bản sao trên mây. Chỉ những gì bạn gửi cho trợ lý hoặc ô “Mô tả” mới rời máy, và máy chủ của chúng tôi không lưu lại.

2. Những gì nằm trên iPhone
- Khoản đăng ký: tên, gói, giá, tiền tệ, chu kỳ và ngày thanh toán, danh mục, trạng thái, ngày dùng thử và ghi chú
- Dự án hoặc tài khoản bạn dùng để nhóm chúng
- Nhãn phương thức thanh toán bạn gõ (ví dụ “Visa ••42”); không bao giờ là số thẻ đầy đủ
- Cài đặt nhắc nhở, tiền tệ ưa dùng và tuỳ chọn hiển thị
3. Trợ lý và ô “Mô tả”
Khi bạn mô tả một khoản đăng ký hoặc hỏi trợ lý, Paydar gửi tới máy chủ của chúng tôi (chạy trên Cloudflare) tin nhắn và đoạn chat gần đây, ngày hôm nay, tiền tệ ưa dùng và danh sách khoản đăng ký kèm các thông tin ở trên để trợ lý trả lời được. Khoản mới trả về dưới dạng bản nháp; không có gì được lưu cho tới khi bạn xác nhận.
Máy chủ của chúng tôi chuyển yêu cầu tới nhà cung cấp mô hình AI (hiện là OpenAI; có thể dùng thêm Anthropic) qua API dành cho doanh nghiệp rồi gửi câu trả lời về. Theo điều khoản API của các nhà cung cấp này, nội dung không được dùng để huấn luyện mô hình và chỉ được giữ trong thời gian ngắn (tối đa 30 ngày) để chống lạm dụng. Máy chủ của chúng tôi không lưu và không ghi log nội dung bạn viết; chỉ giữ log truy cập thông thường (thời gian, trạng thái, địa chỉ IP) và một mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên trong thời gian ngắn để chống lạm dụng.
4. Logo dịch vụ
Để hiện logo của một thương hiệu mà app chưa có sẵn, Paydar tải ảnh từ Brandfetch Logo API bằng địa chỉ web của dịch vụ (ví dụ netflix.com). Brandfetch nhận tên miền đó và dữ liệu kỹ thuật như địa chỉ IP theo chính sách riêng; Brandfetch không nhận giá hay thông tin khác.
5. Quyền truy cập
- Micrô và nhận dạng giọng nói: chỉ khi bạn bấm nút micrô. Lời nói được chuyển thành chữ bởi tính năng nhận dạng giọng nói của Apple (trên máy nếu được hỗ trợ, nếu không thì trên máy chủ Apple theo chính sách của Apple). Chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận được âm thanh.
- Thông báo: nhắc nhở được hẹn ngay trên máy, không đi qua máy chủ của chúng tôi. Bạn có thể tắt trong Cài đặt iOS.
6. Sao lưu
Bản sao lưu bạn sao chép nằm trong bộ nhớ tạm của iOS rồi tới nơi bạn dán. Chúng tôi không nhận được.
7. Không quảng cáo, không theo dõi
Không quảng cáo, không SDK phân tích hay theo dõi, không bán dữ liệu cho bên môi giới. Chúng tôi không bán hay cho thuê thông tin cá nhân và không theo dõi bạn qua app hoặc website của công ty khác.
8. Lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệu
Dữ liệu trên máy còn cho tới khi bạn xoá trong app hoặc xoá app (bản sao lưu của máy có thể còn giữ). Máy chủ không giữ nội dung; log truy cập được giữ tối đa 30 ngày.
9. Quyền của bạn
Tuỳ nơi bạn sống (ví dụ theo GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA hoặc Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP của Việt Nam), bạn có quyền yêu cầu xem, sửa, xuất hoặc xoá dữ liệu cá nhân chúng tôi đang giữ, hoặc phản đối việc xử lý. Gửi email tới support@thanhlabs.com; chúng tôi trả lời trong vòng 30 ngày. Phần lớn dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy bạn, nơi bạn có thể tự xem, xuất và xoá.
10. Trẻ em
Paydar không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ.
11. Thay đổi
Chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này khi app thay đổi cách xử lý dữ liệu và đổi ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối”. Thay đổi quan trọng cũng sẽ được thông báo trong app.
